I have been weather watching and am currently getting two completely different forecasts.

I have Good news. I will be bringing a Fusion 29 for demo.

I have spent a couple of evenings flying about and still getting it dialed in. Very responsive and I have been over controlling it. Slow when you want it and Fast when needed the reflex is excellent, glide feels good. It does feel more advanced than my last wing (reaction 29) and is definitely feels like an intermediate glider.  I have worked out that the trim range is huge and has a definite feel to different positions through the trim range.

I have if needed some fuel mixer cans which I can bring, Castrol TTS, couple of radio helmets to try.

How many are expected this weekend.

I repeat FUSION demo, maybe entice a few more to come. PX welcome. plug...

I can make next weekend also if needed.

Thanks very much Vince.

With video's like that I can stay firmly planted on the ground but see what you can see flying.

I took off shortly after Vince on Saturday, and heard later that he experienced a couple of tucks on the Fusion. Have to say that my Reaction was solid throughout. I understand that he may have been light on the Fusion (it was a 29), and it is a "sportier" wing.

Yeh I have had a bit of a funny time converting to the fusion from the dudek. Totally different feel and im still learning.

I have more confidence in this wing to fly in stronger conditions and it really does reflex well. I do get more feedback and wiggles but more stability overall.

I have had the tip curl in a couple of times. Both times on a downwind bumpy turn. Since talking to a few people, it is down to me. I am 'over piloting' this wing which is sportier. That saturday I was using to much ground reference with the higher wind speed which caused me to pull in to much brake to make the turn as I didn't want to fly over the no go zone. (downwind demon) I have never had trouble with the down wind demon before but usually don't really fly over 10mph ish.

Just lately in desperation to get up and flying on the fusion I have been out in some pretty rough conditions. I really love this wing and will persist in bringing myself up to the required skill level, it feels more advanced than the re-action for sure.

On the plus I feel im getting better economy and better ground speed, will see how it goes. I still like my re-action too, but haven't flown it since getting the Fusion as its the new toy.

It will be interesting to see how the Re-action feels after a couple more weeks getting the fusion dialed in safe or boring?.

I have yet to fly the nucleon.

my past wings consist of a couple of paragliders, synthesis 29, re-action 29 which I still have.
